“Risk management method in non-profit cultural projects” was the title of a paper delivered by Alicja KRawczynska at the conference ‘CULTURE THAT MATTERS: INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACHES FOR SUSTAINABLE FUTURES’, held September 20-22, 2024 in Lecce, Italy.
The event was organized by the ENCATC (European network on cultural management and policy) association together with the Dipartimento di Scienze dell'Economia and Scuola Superiore ISUFI of the University of Salento and Tecnopolis PST.
The goal of the Congress was the need to change the way we think about sustainability in cultural institutions, by exploring its various aspects: environmental, economic and social.
The congress combines theoretical reflections with practical solutions,
focusing on undertaking interdisciplinary research and action for a sustainable future of the cultural world.
